Start popping the corn
Today is my first day at Netflix, where I am heading up Product Management for Qwikster!
I've received lots of questions about separating the streaming and DVD services, and all I will say now is that I really believe we can make each service better by leaps and bounds when they aren't trying to run a three-legged race in two different races.

Moving On
Three and half years ago, I joined Move to help build out a great team. And although there are still big things to do with a great bunch of people, a new opportunity snuck up on me that was just too amazing to pass. And so with sadness, today I'm wrapping up my last day with Move and Realtor.com -- the number #1 web site and mobile apps for real estate!

Super Surprised!
My beautiful wife Cindy spun several months of lies which I continued to fall for. How could I have believed that reciprocal country club privileges for kids' tennis lessons was more plausible than a surprise party?
